Get company facts

Fetches company facts for a ticker from the US company catalog. This route currently sources only ticker and name; every other CompanyFacts field (cik, industry, sector, exchange, is_active, location, sec_filings_url, sic_code, sic_industry, sic_sector) is schema-legal but always omitted today. `cik` is accepted for FD parameter parity but always answers 400 bad_request; only ticker lookup is routed. When the ticker has no US catalog record, this answers HTTP 200 with an ErrorResponse body ({"error": "not_found", ...}) rather than a 4xx status, at zero additional cost.

The caller's own Monid API key (get one at https://monid.ai?fpr=dhruv-15136b). Passed straight through to Monid on every call, so usage bills the caller's own wallet — this is never a shared server-side credential, and the server never logs or stores it. Missing, empty, or malformed values answer 401 unauthorized before any paid call is attempted.

Uppercase-normalized ticker symbol (1-20 letters/digits/dots/hyphens). Either ticker or cik is accepted, but only ticker is actually routed.
